“The best part was Elliot’s Grill and Bar on premises. Quiet property until you open the door to the grill - wow! Full of people, laughing and socializing, $7 large mixed drinks, such a friendly and lively place! Room was clean and sufficient, not luxurious but fine. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. This is the place to stay if you are visiting the New River Gorge area of WV. ”

“Unfortunately, we did not know that there was no elevator in the hotel. My husband and I are in our late 60s and had just travelled an extensive amount of time to get to the hotel.
It was difficult for us to carry our luggage up the stairs. The young girl at the front desk offered, but there was no way we were going to have her lift 50 pounds. You should put some important notice on the website to allow people to know there is no elevator. Thanks! Other than that, the hotel facility was...
