We booked family suite but was only told that the room was not ready for us on our arrival so we had no choice to stay in a smaller room. Rooms were not ready for the three of us neither. Some door knobs/ hangers need to be fixed. Other then that good location and good stay here.

Not wat we had expected.
At arrival our reservation could not be found (even I've showed my reservation email) and then we have been given an other room. The room had many lacks (even the door was not correctly built in). The room had a window towards the patio, but the staff wanted us to have the shutters always closed...

Merhaba , öncelik ile Rezarvasyonunuz bulunamadı ile ilgili sorun işletmemizin hatası değil sayın almış olduğunuz acente (Expedia) nın sitesinin bakım , onarım çalışması yüzünden hata vermesi şikayetinizi lütfen acente için yapın ! Odanızın hiç bir eksiği yoktu diğer bir konuda oda kapısı mimari olarak olması gerektiği yerde :) Teşekkürler …Sevgiler …Seba Erol

Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Man kann problemlos alles zu Fuß laufen. Meine Tochter und ich hatten das günstigste Doppelzimmer und es war wirklich sehr schön - großzügige Dusche, Minikühlschrank, Wasserkocher und ein großer Spiegel. Leider musste ich später eine Extranacht dazu buchen und vor Ort verlangte die Hoteleigentümerin, dass ich praktisch nochmals den gleichen Preis zahle, wie ich ihn bereits online bezahlt hatte. Sie sagte, es handelte sich um ein "Promo Angebot" und dies wäre so nicht gültig. Es gab ein Hin- und her; schließlich bezahlte ich und bekam ein anderes - ohne wifi! Daraufhin beschwerte ich mich, aber als Antwort bekam ich nur, dass kein anderes Zimmer frei wäre und dass das wifi in Antalya manchmal schlecht sei. Die Reinigungsfrau kam ins Zimmer und hatte ebenso keinen Empfang. Anscheinend hat sie die der Eigentümerin mitgeteilt und nach 5 Minuten durfte ich nochmal in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen - mit wifi. Es war alles hervorragend bis auf den Umstand der zusätzlich gebuchten Nacht. Die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr hilfsbereit, obwohl man sich nur mit Händen und Füßen verständigen konnte. Ich kann diese Hotel zum Übernachten sehr empfehlen, Restaurants, Cafes etc. gibt es genügend unweit entfernt.

Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Authentizität in Richtung Edel und Antik ausgestattet. Der Innenhof sowie die Zimmer bieten viel Privatsphäre und lassen einen in die Altstadt verschmelzen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert !

Keyifli bir deneyim
2 gece konakladık ve inanılmaz memnun ayrıldık. Tam Kaleiçinde ama gayette sessiz bir sokakta. Biz superior odada kaldık. Odaların büyüklüğü, konforu, yatak rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Havlular, çarşaflar tertemiz. Mart ayı olmasına ve duvarlar taş olmasına rağmen üşümedik. Genel temizlikte çok iyiydi. Özellikle dokuyu bozmadan yaptıkları oda tasarımlarına bayıldık. Çalışan arkadaşlarda gayet kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Birdahaki gelişimizde yine tercih edeceğiz :)

Lovely place, awkward location.
We stayed in two rooms. The economy and the deluxe, and we found the economy was more comfortable. The shower was much better, and the overall value of the room was great. The deluxe room comes with a tub, and a very strange shower with a glass swinging door and a stone wall. The water splashes on the wall and hits the stone and so you step on stone particles. The room also smells more musty, because of the wet stone. The Space is fine, everything was clean, and the hotel is beautiful but the economy bathroom is better than the deluxe bathroom. Also some hardware was falling apart in the deluxe bathroom like the towel rack, and shower rack, but these are easy fixes. Location is weird because you need to loop around to get to it, it's not on any main street and after it there's a dead end so it's a bit of a walk at night, but I think this means you get more silence and peace. This is definitely a nice place if you want to read a book or relax.
