Super fint budgetvenlig hotel med go value for pengene. Vi havde dog lidt problemer med værelset der på trods af flere henvendelser ikke kom helt i mål med. Morgenmaden en smule kedelig, men lækker frokost og aftensmad. Jeg vil uden tvivl komme igen.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand, die Zimmer sind alt und schmutzig. Hygieneartikel waren überhaupt nicht vorhanden, außer Flüssigseife. Wasser gab es nur am Anreisetag: Für unsere Familiensuite für fünf Personen wurde eine große Flasche bereitgestellt, danach jedoch keine weitere. Außerdem fiel häufig der Strom aus und zeitweise gab es kein Wasser. Obwohl wir All Inclusive gebucht hatten, war das Essen enttäuschend, die Auswahl sehr gering und es gab kaum Obst. Besonders enttäuschend war das Lunchpaket für die nächtliche Abreise zum Flughafen. Jede Person erhielt ein Stück Brot, eine Scheibe Käse, fünf Oliven, zwei Gurkenscheiben, eine kleine Tomate und zwei kleine Portionen Marmelade. Das wäre fast zum Lachen, wenn es nicht so traurig wäre. Wir essen weder Oliven noch Feta oder Marmelade und mussten uns praktisch mit Brot und Gurke zufriedengeben. Dazu kam, dass unser Flug um weitere drei Stunden verspätet war. Auch Unterhaltung gab es praktisch keine. Ab und zu fand Karaoke statt, aber ansonsten war es unglaublich langweilig. Die Bar schließt bereits um 22 Uhr, danach gibt es keinerlei Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten mehr. Wir wussten abends überhaupt nicht, was wir noch machen sollten. Von einem All-Inclusive-Urlaub hatten wir uns deutlich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Wer einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit gutem Essen und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten erwartet

Zeker een goed hotel voor de prijs, ik zou er met een gerust hart terug gaan. Eten is goed, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Strand is op loop afstand, wat natuurlijk fijn is en het hotel is iets wat verouderd en de bedden zijn langzaam aan vervanging toe. Ik heb er genoten

Die Mittarbeiter im Hotel sind mega nett und freundlich insbesondere der Kinderbetreuer ,,Saleh'' und beim Restaurant alle Mitarbeiter die Chefin und Ali insbesondere 😉.Sogar die Putzhilfe war sehr sehr freundlich 😘 Liebe Grüße an alle und dem lieben Hotel Manager. Viele Grüße Familie Al Saedi

Leider haben wir das Hotel mit einem schlechten Gefühl verlassen. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig, und obwohl alles inklusive ist, fallen für die Sauna und das Hamam zusätzliche Kosten an. Abends im Restaurant in Ruhe zu essen ist ein echtes Problem, weil genau dort die Animation beginnt. Ich möchte mich hier nur bei Herrn Ferdi an der Rezeption bedanken, der uns sehr freundlich geholfen hat. DeepL ile çevrildi (https://dee.pl/apps)

It was a well-organised hotel and families with small children were catered for with care and attention. Everyone seemed to be in their rooms by 10 o'clock, which meant no noise to disturb my sleep. The staff at Reception were welcoming and ready to resolve any difficulties.

Very nice hotel in a great location

Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens. Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities... Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed. Will definitely come back ! Thank you

The place is good for its price range. The room itself was clean but the AC was barley keeping up with the heat. For the life of me I don't know why they placed the AC exhausts on the balcony as it made it like a sauna and mostly unusable. The food was good but generic. The stay would have been much nicer if the food area was air conditioned. wireless is extra so keep an eye out for that. I would come back again but in cooler whether.

In general staff is very nice polite but hotel self food is awful. Not very tasty, not much variation in food. Reception had 1 staff was very rude not friendly or helpful while others were helpful. We had booked VIP service back to airport, which never showed up and we ended up taking normal taxi. And Reception was a bit of rude jn helping or finding solutions for mistake from their side. Cleaning ladies a very nice and trying to the their bed Other staff walking around are also nice friendly trying to help

A Strange Experience travelling alone.

I will give a very honest review based on my own experience. The great part is that the eighth floor has a superb view over all Alanya and the balconies are a nice size. However, this is a very old hotel.The entrance has been refurbished nicely, but is very dark with the colours chosen. It has a spooky feel to it. That said it would feel.diffetent when full in summer time. The rooms have been newly painted, but are very basic and space. That said, you have what you need. With tea and coffee in the lobby available. The pool is out of use in the winter time, but it looks nice for summer etc. I had a weird experience with housekeeping who did the usual towel animals, then when they found out I wasn't staying were, let's say were less than pleasant. The old Turkish Hospitality has changed somewhat, with the thinking that all of us Europeans are Uber rich lol. Would I stay there again? NO. It was a strange feeling there for me that I didn't like, so I checked out.

Huoneet isot. + Kaapit haisi. Mut piti raollaan. Ni ok. Suihkut homeessa. Mutta eihän suihkus ja wc kauaa tarvinnut olla. Ei niinkään haissu homeelle. .Mut silmis tuntu aamuisin. Silmätipat auttoi. Huoneissa kyllä raikas puhdas tuaksu.4 huonetta oli varattu( yksi huoneista haisi todella pahalle. Eikä WC toiminut. Toki tulivat korjaa. Haju jäi). Huoneet/ parveke oli siistit. Kovat sängyt. Ja jääkaappi piti kovaa ääntä. Äänet kuulu todella helposti huoneeseen. Nii hotellin kun ulkoista.Jokunen baari reissu liian pitkäksi menny. Pahoinvointi ääniä. Parina aamu. /Yönä kuuli. Mutta niinku joku aikaisemmissa arvosteluissa kerto ni potentiaalia. Kunnon. Homepesuilla ja korjauksilla. Varmasti tulisi yks tähti lisää. Kuitenki jäätävän tilavat huoneet. Siistit hotellin tilat. Hotellin henkilökunta meitä kohtaan. Erittäin ystävällisiä. Ja kertoivat ettei kannata ostaa keneltäkään mitään. Ja ei häirinnyt kertaakaan sen jälkeen. Kaikki ruuat oli hyviä tai oisko ok. Kaikille jotain. Jopa nirsoille.. Ruokaa saatiiin lisää koko ajan. Nii pää ruuista kuin salaateista.Sai muokkaa mieleisen. Jälkiruoka/ hedelmätkinihan ok. Toistuviin.mutta runsaita. Lämpötiloja seuraillut ja kokeiltu kylmien alusii. Ja lämpimät ruuat kuumia. Meitä siis iso porukka. Kukaan ei sairastunut mihinkään. Baari tarjonta niukkaa Mut keksittiin uusii miksei paukkuihin. Ja moktail tyyli. Kyl ne toteutti. Naureskeli vain välillä. Eli ihan ok. Siivous ihan parasta. WC paper/vedet sai tarvit. Siivoojalta.

Den ene receptionist var venlig og sød tid at hjælpe da wi-fi gik ned konstant. Når den var oppe, var den som ikke eksisterende. Personalet var meget lidt smilende, og kunne til tider virke uvenlige. Pinligt at tage betaling for all-inclusive. Morgenmad bestod af 1,5 meter ostebord, salatbord (flere af grøntsagerne var brune i kanterne, æbler havde mange "øjne) ud af 7 dage var der pandekager 5 dage. 2 x lykkes det at få et spejlæg. Vi spiste frokost engang, her endte vi med en gang pasta med ketchup og tyrkisk brød. Så det sprang vi over. Aftensmaden var en tro kopi af frokosten, ofte virkede det som rester. Så man skulle være heldig hvis man kom 30 min. inde i "åbningstiden" gik der noget tid før der blev fyldt op. Pommefrites var bløde, som om de havde stået med film over. Meget kedeligt udvalg. så det blev til 3 hjemme aftener.Der stod godt nok der var simple drinks, så vi kunne vælge imellem, vodka/gin/whisky. Ingen rom. Isterninger skulle man bede om, og der kom maks 1 stk i. Så ofte tog vi selv vores drikkevarer med ned i loungen, som vi forøvrigt også så andre gjorde. Et ægtepar grinte ad os fordi vi havde givet dkk 571 per nat. det var anden gang de var der og havde kun givet kr 428, fordi ejeren havde henvendt sig sidste år og sagt de skulle ikke bruge andre, da det kostede ham penge. De kommer heller ikke tilbage, pga. maden. Plusser; dejligt værelse med flot udsigt og stor balkon. Og god beliggenhed. men vi kommer ikke tilbage, og vil ikke anbefale hotellet

Prijs kwaliteit is deze Hotel zeker de moeite waard….. Strand bevindt zich op een kleine wandelingen …. Wij hebben ons goed geamuseerd … Ismail een Top persoon die helpt jou met al je vragen 😂 En speel zeker mee met handbal in het Zwembad … een speciale tijd in het zwembad zeker mee spelen 😎
