Bright, stylish and inviting, the open-plan living and kitchen area is designed as a beautiful space to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. Large sliding glass doors open onto the main terrace, allowing the bright interior to flow effortlessly into the private outdoor space and creating a wonderful sense of indoor-outdoor living. A comfortable grey three-seater sofa sits on a patterned rug and converts into a 140 × 200 cm double bed, providing additional sleeping space for up to two guests. A blue armchair and elegant oval oak coffee table complete the relaxed seating area. For evenings in, the sofa faces a generous 65-inch Smart TV, accompanied by a Bluetooth soundbar and subwoofer.
The living area is fully air-conditioned, providing comfort throughout the year, electric blackout shutters are fitted throughout the apartment, providing privacy and helping to create a restful atmosphere whenever you need it. The expansive terrace doors create an effortless connection with the private outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the gentle Riviera light and embracing the relaxed pace of life on the Côte d’Azur.

Kitchen / Dining Area
Sleek and contemporary, the kitchen features handleless units in a soft greige finish, set against a beautifully marble-veined splashback. A warm oak dining table with elegant rush-seated chairs provides a welcoming setting for four, creating the perfect spot for leisurely breakfasts, relaxed lunches or an intimate dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and integrated fridge-freezer, along with everything needed to prepare and serve a delicious meal, from quality stoneware and glassware to essential kitchen accessories. Coffee is well catered for too, with a Nespresso machine, French press and hand milk frother, perfect for starting slow Riviera mornings in style. A vacuum cleaner is also provided for guests’ convenience.

Bedroom
Calm and deliberately understated, the bedroom is designed as a peaceful retreat for a restful night’s sleep being fully air-conditioned.. The king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) is dressed in crisp white bedding, creating a fresh and inviting space to unwind. Built-in floating shelves and small rattan lamps add warmth and texture, complementing the room’s soft, contemporary feel. By the window, an oak writing desk and comfortable chair create a dedicated workspace, making the bedroom equally practical for guests working remotely.
A fitted wardrobe provides generous storage, allowing you to unpack, settle in and feel at home, while the washing machine is cleverly concealed within the room, completely out of sight. A door opens directly onto the apartment’s second, private terrace, a quieter spot that’s perfect for a slow morning coffee, a little fresh air or simply enjoying the gentle warmth of the French Riviera.

Bathroom
Finished in soft beige tones, the bathroom has a warm and calming feel, with clean, modern finishes creating a fresh and understated atmosphere. A generous walk-in shower with clear glass provides plenty of space, while an elegant oak vanity with white basin sits beneath a large mirror. A heated ladder towel rail provides an extra touch of comfort, and a hairdryer is provided for guests’ convenience.
A separate WC next door provides additional privacy and convenience.

Terraces:
Two private terraces, each with its own character and purpose. The larger terrace, accessed directly from the living room, is the natural gathering space for relaxed outdoor living. A dining table with four deep wicker armchairs creates the perfect setting for al fresco breakfasts, leisurely lunches and intimate evening meals, while small lanterns clipped along the railing cast a warm, inviting glow as dusk settles in.
The smaller terrace, accessed from the bedroom, offers a more peaceful retreat, with a teak table and two chairs, an ideal spot for morning coffee, a quiet read or simply letting the day begin slowly. On a clear evening, the surrounding ridgeline turns blue behind the rooftops, and the soft glow of the lanterns does the rest.
(A drying rack is provided for swimwear and laundry. Please avoid hanging items over the terrace railings, as this is not permitted by the residence and the terraces overlook the communal gardens and neighbouring apartment)

Swimming Pool and Gardens:
Just steps from the apartment, the residence’s beautifully landscaped gardens and swimming pool offer an inviting space to relax and soak up the Riviera sunshine. Guests have full use of the pool and surrounding gardens, with sun loungers available for lazy afternoons and picnic tables beside the pétanque for relaxed outdoor moments. After dark, the gardens take on a magical atmosphere, with softly lit paths and lit up trees creating a warm and peaceful setting. The pétanque boules are provided in the apartment, along with a pack of Uno for relaxed games indoors or outdoors.
