  • Cocoonr Antibes agency offers you to rent this charming studio nestled under the rooftops, located on the 4thᵉ and top floor of a typical building in Old Antibes, offering an unobstructed view of the port and rooftops of the city.

    Located on the 4ᵉ floor without lift, the accommodation consists of an optimised living room with sleeping area, a dining area, a fitted kitchen as well as a modern bathroom.
    Cleaning is included in the rental and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

    The accommodation comprises
    - A bright living room with a comfortable sleeping area (double bed)
    - A cosy dining area
    - An open, fully-equipped kitchen: coffee maker, kettle, hob, microwave, fridge
