“Large comfortable property, quiet neighbourhood, 350m to local shops (a grocer and boulangerie). Definitely need a car for exploring further afield, easy access to motorway though. Secure garden for pets, lovely pool area. Decor is very dated, but house has modern appliances including wonderful coffee machine, and great air conditioning. We had a very relaxing visit.”

“We had a lovely 2 week stay here. Everything is just like the photos show which is great. You are 2 mins from Antibes and 2 minutes away from a large super market so location is perfect. At the same time, you are at the bottom corner of a gated development so nice and secure. We had our 3 year old son with us and he had a fantastic time and the place felt very safe for him. The pool is not gated off but it was nice and easy to keep an eye on him when he was out side. Not much else to mention...

Situated in a gated community in a peaceful suburb high above Antibes with great views out to sea. “We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

“A great villa with everything you need in a perfect location near the sea and amazing towns (plus right next to bus stop and close to two train stations for easy access to anywhere you want to go) hosted by the extremely helpful Eric and translator Ylan. “The house was wonderful and only upstaged by the garden and pool, providing an excellent indoor/outdoor living experience.
