Its roughly a 7 minute walk to Anna's On the Beach (restaurant/bar) and they do offer lounge chairs for rent, or you can just bring your own towel, which the villa does provide. They have a few restaurants near by and we especially loved Marios. Ride to town is about 10 minutes. The host is extremely responsive to texts. She can recommend anything you ask.
