* no restaurant - the hotel emailed us 6 times before our stay. Not a single time did they let us know their cook had quit so they closed the restaurant. This was one of the reasons we had picked this hotel.
* no AC - the air conditioner wasn't working in our room with 90F weather. As it blew hot air, I turned it off and asked them to fix it. So insulting, they told me it worked, I just had to find the remote and turn it on! So I called...

“Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money.”
“Ocean Oasis has been my go-to hotel since it opened, and it continues to deliver every time. The staff is exceptional, very warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is ideal, the property is new and beautifully maintained, and the views are simply impeccable. The food has also been consistently great.
It really is the complete package…great service, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and a wonderful location all wrapped into one. Always a pleasure staying here.”
