“Personally i think this property was amazing. For the price that you pay you can not beat this location, it is literally 6 steps from the beach. If you want a super fancy room with over the top amenities go stay at a resort, who plans on being in the rooms any way. The bed was really comfy also. Every room has a view of the beach and ocean which you can hear all night. There is no A/c but a fan is provided so i never got overly hot. I loved this location and would stay again 100% for sure....

“The room was always clean. Great location, close to the beach, close to amazing restaurants. Hotel general state is a little bit worn out. Nothing major but few details that make the difference, like the shower curtains, shades etc. The bed was quite worn out as well. New ones would make a huge difference. As an extra tip, do use the safe box!”

“Ken and his staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was stress free. Our needs were anticipated and they were happy to assist us morning, day and evening, even when we were not on the premises. Prior to our arrival Ken arranged airport transportation. We decided to rent a vehicle and Ken arranged a car for us which was delivered to our front door. The accommodations were marvelous. Our chef went out of her way to prepare the lionfish that we caught. Even though it wasn't on the menu...
