“Staff was amazing. The AC in my room kept turning off. I would have to keep turning it on ever so often. Was told it operated on green technology which I understood but it again shut off during my sleep and was told that I must not have moved much in my sleep since it shuts off when it senses no motion for a period of time. May want to revise this setting as I would think there are many people who sleep still for hours during the night. Just a constructive feedback as it made my sleep a bit...

I am use to luxury accommodations, however Le Carl is next level, with Japanese toilets, high quality everything and the staff is happy, kind, and always in a great mood and willing to help. The hotel is walking distance to everything. I look forward to coming back soon!”

“Great Staff From booking time the hotel reached out before arrival to ask how they coukd made 0ur experience better. ww were recieved by Pauline the general manager and were taken care duri g our stay by Barbara. she was excellent at making sure our stay was wonderful. From reserving our restaurants as also making sure we had comfortable transportation to all our needed destinations.
