“A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.”

“The bed was extremely comfortable and my room was refreshed daily. Property is close enough to walk to cbd and East Perth bus/train station. Diverse range of cafe/bars in the area for cocktail try Bar Love. The rooms are very dated and the over sized spa bath is tricky to get in and out off to have a shower. The hotel is large and would make a great conversion into self-contained units.”

“Good location and friendly staff, but it was generally dirty everywhere. We found trash under the bed from previous guests (in addition to a lot of dust), so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The room that was supposed to accommodate two people was not suitable for that. It had no windows and was very small, so don’t book here if you have claustrophobia. The washing machine available at the hostel didn’t clean the clothes properly, and the clothes were still wet after using the...

“It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay.”

“The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping.
