Casa di Mario is in Kalyves, Chania, Crete, right by the sea with direct access and stunning views. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, offering unobstructed sea views and natural light all day. Nearby are beautiful beaches such as Kalyves Central Beach and Almyrida Beach. Popular sites for exploring include Samaria Gorge (UNESCO site), Lake Kournas, Drapanias Cape, the Venetian Harbor, Chania Archaeological Museum, Aptera, Chania Old Town, and Vamos village.

The 110 m² apartment (total 146 m²) hosts up to 7 guests and has 2 full bathrooms with bathtub, shower, shampoo, toiletries, bathrobes, and hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, fridge, freezer, and sink. All rooms have air conditioning. Free high-speed WiFi is suitable for video calls, and there is a dedicated workspace. Also provided: cable TV, safe, smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
