First, this property is using photo shopped pictures. When we arrived all the landscaping /plants were dead or dying in the front and back yards. Very depressing. This home is in a very sketchy gated community with no guard and the code to enter was not provided until we had to call 10 minutes before check in. The real nightmare though was the ant infestation in the kitchen and living room. When we contacted the guest contact with Evolve we were brushed off like it was normal to have ants ruin your food and beverages. Additionally there is no coffee maker or toaster??!!?? The pool was absolutely filthy. Dead bugs, hair, green film, UNUSABLE. I had to have my son get out of the water when I noticed dead bugs and other filth in his hair and on his swim suit. When we returned from the Orlando theme parks the home was EXTREMELY hot. The hvac system was not blowing cold air. It was actually cooler outside than it was inside. Again, we messaged the guest contact. Again, she minimized the problems and said she had no solution, “that’s how it is in Florida”. Because the air conditioning stopped working and the ant infestation, along with a pool that was too dirty to enjoy we were forced to leave the property a day early and check in to a hotel because this home is not suitable for rental.
