“This is our second stay at Fairway Crossings, it’s very spacious and comfortable, it’s also very peaceful and has a great view from the balcony! Love the pool area, loungers etc.. Yes you need a car but then we love to explore the island and it’s in a good location for doing that…”

“Beautiful property literally on the ocean. We loved the location, easy to get to Oistins fish fry and Miami Beach. Swimming with sea turtles right outside the house was a highlight. Sunsets viewed from the deck were spectacular (although very hot) Air conditioning in all the bedrooms worked great. Only complaint is the beds (twins pushed together to make a double) weren't very comfortable. Otherwise an amazing property and we'd love to stay here again :)”

“What a special property this is. We are already planning a return to the island and to Monkey Puzzle Villa. This really is like a home from home except with much better weather, a hot tub and a few minutes walk to Mullins Beach. There were two full bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, a fairly well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room as well as dining room. The TV and wifi also worked well. And best of all, it was fully screened so you could leave the doors and windows open and not have to worry about the mosquitoes and other biting insects getting in! “It was uncomfortable having the owner checking if we have the AC off when we exit the bedroom. She was concerned about the cost of electricity. I think the money that I paid should account for electricity. If I leave my house for vacation and I pay to be in a place. I would like to be able to enjoy and feel free to use the AC as I wish. It was hot. I will not recommend this place to anybody”

“The apartment was clean, but inadequate: there is a kitchen, but you can really cook because there is no kitchen trash can, no diswasher, no sponge and dishwashing liquid. The AC did not work well. Neighborhood fine but lots of chicken around who start roosting around 4:30am.”
