We recently spent 4 nights at Seascape and had an exceptional time. I re-reviewed the propery listing after returning from the trip and found that it was a very accurate description.The condo itself was very clean and appropriately outfitted. There were no bugs or ants (unlike previous reviews) despite the fact that there were 6 people in our party. Numerous times during the stay I caught myself thinking "Wow, this is a really nice place." We stayed during the week and the resort was very laidback, mellow and quiet. People were well-behaved. The grounds were immaculate and beach access was convenient (it's about a 10 minute 1/4 mile walk with a bit of a hill.) I saw security guards frequently roaming about the property; this added to the sense of tranquil order, peace, calm and quiet.Oh. And get this. We even got lucky and SAW A WHALE linger unusually close to shore. That was completely unexpected and kind of nuts.I'd stay here again and will mention it to any friends that are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Overall really good. Place was clean when we arrived, but had some ant issues. Check in/ Check out quick and easy. Very responsive and organized group.

We stayed at this home and didn’t have a pleasant stay. The home was outdated and had an ant problem. It was transparent with all the ant stations around the house, bathrooms, kitchen, upstairs bedroom and bathrooms. When we contacted the property manager they errr unhelpful and had nothing but excuses and we will investigate and get back to you! Definitely not worth the price we paid for our stay.

We all enjoyed the condo. Great location, comfortable, clean, beautiful view. The only thing is that the pullout sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Still, we were satisfied!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The ocean views were gorgeous and the location was ideal- steps away from beach, hot tub and pool. Also, the house is well kept and the host was extremely responsive.

We spent the week and the location was great and convenient. 40 minutes to Monterey and 15 to Santa Cruz. We golfed, beached and relaxed. We will be back.

Our stay at Seascape was awesome! The accommodation was just as described and had a beautiful view of both the pool and—most importantly—the ocean! The rooms were clean and the kitchen well-stocked with what we needed to make our meals. Our host was very responsive and we were able to add an additional night with no fuss at all. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

The unit was beautiful, clean and well prepared for all my family's needs! Everyone on the resort were very kind. The view is very beautiful, so is the walk to the beach with all the lush garden all around. I will definitely be coming back.

So glad I booked this property for the holiday weekend. Apartment is very clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. The sheets on the bed are oh so soft! it's the little things =) The apt has a nice view to the ocean, and is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

It's Seascape at it's best, very clean unit, well equipped and beautiful views. All as described. Very close to the pool as well, we had a really nice time with our grandkids. Can highly recommend and would love to come back soon.
