Beautiful property with a well stocked kitchen. Parking is great. Easy access to the beach path. Property Management was quick to respond to questions. Disappointed that the pool in the view from the deck was not the pool available for our use which we didn't realize until we tried to use it.

Tutu & Her Family Holiday

My daughters and their children live in a very hot climate. A beach trip to Aptos Seascape is just a great way to kick off summer. The Seascape Resort is the perfect place. We all had our own bed to sleep in, space to sit and plenty of room to relax.

NICE PLACE. Very comfy beds!

The condo was very spacious, clean, and well-situated near the pool. However, the kitchen could use a LOT more amenities such as more forks/knives/spoons/plates/coffee cups, bowls, plates, etc. than just 4 each. The walk down to the beach was not too far and an easy walk. The hot tub should have an adult-only use - way too crowded with children to enjoy and relax.

Fun stay at Seascape

Wonderful stay. Property was very clean and nicely updated. The views are even better than what is shown in the pictures. Beds are comfortable. Sofa bed is not comfortable at all but still nice to have. Lovely walking paths throughout the resort. Would 10/10 stay here again!

We enjoyed it.

Parking easy. Great view of the fountain and into the ocean. The walk along the path on the cliff is lovely and the beach first thing in the morning was glorious. We were there mid week so hardly anyone was on the beach. Note: the resort is on a cliff so it’s a 10 minute walk down the path to the beach. Bring a cart or backpack beach chairs. We swam at the sports facility for $10 which would included nice tennis and pickle ball courts if we had someone to play with. We brought breakfast and lunch goods. Glad we did. Slim pickings on restaurants to walk to. The Unit was clean, bed and pillows comfy. We would stay again!

This place was a nice place, beautiful ocean views, nice king beds, the setup is perfect for a couple or all by yourself. Beware though we had our car broke into and it was locked up, security wasn’t doing there job

Perfect!

We had an incredible weekend - we saw otters and elephant seals and had perfect beach weather. The house was great with much more space than we expected and very comfortable beds. We hope to stay there again!

Coastal adventure

Me and my family rented this property as a weekend resting stop for our coastal adventures in Santa Cruz and Monterey. The Seascape Resort turned an everyday trip into a real vacation. We enjoyed the grounds, swimming pool, hot tub and sea cliff views. The sunsets from the deck were spectacular and the beds were cozy and comfortable. The booking, entry and exit were smooth and easy. I would fullheartedly recommend this spot.

Could not eat at kitchen table

The kitchen table was so wobbly we couldn’t eat on meal at it, it was dangerous and needs to be fixed. Very disappointing!
