The house was comfortable, clean, and beachfront. We had an amazing time waking up to the ocean, playing and walking on the beach, and seeing all the ocean animals like dolphins, whales, sea lions, manta rays.

Views were amazing. Beach couldn't be closer. The house was perfect for two families. Kitchen is a little tight but plenty of room for everything else. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are nice.

Had an amazing time at this beautiful location! Saw whales, dolphins, sea otters from the patio/balcony. Parking situation is not great but majority of time able to find within short distance. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was fantastic—especially with such easy access to the beach.The host, Jelah, was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful throughout our stay. From check-in to checkout, everything was handled smoothly, and we truly appreciated the extra accommodations that made our trip even more enjoyable.What stood out most was how welcoming and family/pet-friendly the property felt. As a family with special-needs children, finding a place where everyone can feel comfortable and have a great experience is incredibly important to us, and this home exceeded our expectations.Thank you, Jelah, for your outstanding hospitality. Amazing on the beach 3 story house! Views from every floor! Only disappointing thing is that the house next to this one doesn’t allow people to walk through the cement to access the beach. Very hard to go through the front door and walk to the path on the other entrance to the beach. This was not the problem of the house we stayed in, but the neighbor to this house. Should probably be mentioned in this advertisement because it was inconvenient. Loved the clean beautiful house

Jaleh was a great host. We had a relaxing and fun week in Aptos. Views from the patio and balconies were amazing, we were able to see a few whales and wildlife.

Lovely stay in a fun location. We were in Aptos for a wedding and really enjoyed the beach access. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths was so convenient for grandparents, parents and a kid. Very good communication with property mgr.

Great location to relax on the beach

Overall a great place to spend a few days relaxing by the beach. Place was clean but a little bit dated/worn. Location was great with restaurants nearby.

decor is a little quirky but all loved the location..didn't mind the passersby..I, Personally will probably go for a different location right on the beach,next time. Those who stayed there loved it...

Great Family Vaca

We had the best time with our family here. Great location, great communication with Jaleh. She answered all our questions and responded quickly. The place was very clean. It really fit our needs. Our family made many great memories in this vrbo rental.

Will be coming back

Stayed a few days for my wife's birthday. Location was perfect, the property itself was great. A nice short walk to the deli or convenience store. We will definitely be back.

Very cozy and peaceful

Our stay was great and just the break the kids needed before heading back to school. Very clean and accessible to all we needed. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again. Moved back to California from Chicago and this definitely helped me remember why I came back home.
