“As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

“Great location as others have stated. We spent our whole trip walking to shops, restaurants, and even the cliff walk and mansions. The place was spacious enough, clean and well appointed. Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations…bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm....

“Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.”

“There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream....
