“We really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth. The host was responsive and stayed in contact during the stay. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night and the fenced in yard was perfect for our younger guests. Quiet street and perfect for a family vacation!”

“We arrived by ferry for a two day stay. The house is just up from the ferry in a good location with nice views of the bay. One thing I would have liked to know before booking is that there is a boil alert for the island meaning you can't drink the water and have to bring water with you. The house was very comfortable and it was nice to drink coffee in the morning in the sunroom. There were a lot of extra fees that drove up the price. Not sure I would rent a place like this in the future.”

“This cozy home is in a great location in a nice neighborhood and right on the water. The owner had several kayaks and a canoe that we enjoyed using. The owner was very helpful and communicative. She was very generous and had all supplies and towels fully stocked. We appreciated this very much! We visited at the beginning of August and the weather was perfect! “Location is convenient but unattractive. Right next to a gas station and on a busy road. The cottage itself is great, but we had to keep all windows closed at all times. ”

“Everyone in our group (me, my sister, my husband, and my dog) thought this cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, the deck was lovely, and the view was gorgeous. Nearby Colt park was awesome; we went there several times and enjoyed the walks and the view. We ate at Flo's and Salsa Burrito, as well as Provencal bakery, and all were great. Overall, just a wonderful vacation.”

It’s very cute, quiet and easy access to Third Beach - non- residents can park in the lots after 5pm for free or you can walk 1.5 miles along the beautiful Norman Bird Sanctuary to get there. The place is well equipped for cooking and has a great outdoor shower. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay. ”
