Martha's Vineyard Cozy Getaway cerca de la pintoresca playa de Philbin

Este alquiler es una casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos con una terraza para disfrutar del aire fresco de la isla. El espacio habitable es el último piso con un sótano. El dormitorio principal es espacioso e incluye una cama queen size y baño privado de tamaño completo. Las otras dos habitaciones incluyen camas de tamaño completo. Si tiene más de 6 invitados, el cómodo sofá se abre a una cama queen size para acomodar a dos personas más. Toallas, playa y baño, y ropa de cama están disponibles. Tenemos un par de tablas de surf y una hielera con ruedas si quieres ir a la playa por el día. También hay cuatro sillas de playa disponibles si desea llevarlas a la playa de Philbin, que está a 2 millas de distancia, Moshup Beach o Lobsterville Beach. Si no tiene automóvil, no se preocupe, simplemente tome un autobús al final de Moshup Trail y bájese en el otro extremo de Moshup Trail junto al faro y puede caminar hasta Philbin Beach (.8 millas) o simplemente ir a Moshup Beach . También puede tomar un autobús a Oak Bluffs o Menemsha, donde también hay playas para elegir. Al estar ubicado en Aquinnah, este alquiler le permitirá encontrar tranquilidad y tranquilidad día y noche. MV Vacation

We had a wonderful time here. It’s a beautiful secluded home in a very quiet area of the island but close to everything. We swam, ate outside, grilled, chilled on the porches (loved it!). We will definitely be back!

Little piece of heaven!

We stayed her for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was just perfect. Property is on my favorite part of Martha’s Vineyard. Perfect if you love quiet, bird-watching and serene settings. We loved it!

Wonderful getaway

It was a perfect secluded getaway with access to a gorgeous beach. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessary items needed for our long weekend stay. The owners were prompt to reply to any questions our group Had. Look forward to future stays.

Our stay at the Silva's was everything we were looking for and more for a short getaway to Martha's Vineyard. The house looked better than the pictures! Check in was easy with the door code and the binder about the house was very helpful. We travelled with our two dogs who had a blast playing in the yard. The house was super close to Lobsterville beach, which we took the dogs to for morning walks. Aquinnah was beautiful, quiet and peaceful, especially compared to some of the more touristy parts of the island. It was the perfect location for us and our dogs to relax. Highly recommend!!!

A perfect retreat in Aquinnah

This was a highly comfortable vacation home for our family in a gorgeous more isolated part of the island. The property was beautifully maintained, house with all needed amenities and more, and owners responsive and welcoming. We’ll be back!

a wonderful family stop off & completely accurate to a tee descriptions of available add ins.. If you are looking for off thhe beaten path this is your place & wonderfully close to a dog/family friendly Lobsterville beach (pass included) the less than desirable surprise were the ticks...Island is rife w Lonestar ticks, so beware.

Beautiful Property

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. My two kids (ages 3 and 1.5) loved looking for frogs in the pond and my dog loved running around the large yard. During the day, we went to the beach right down the road and at night, we went out to dinner in a nearby town or ate at home and made s’mores by the fire. I highly recommend if you want to have a perfect vacation.

Great spot to get away

We enjoyed all that the area had to offer. The house is set in a lovely wooded area with a pond. We really enjoyed being outside and visiting the nearby beaches and hiking trails. We also enjoyed having coffee on the deck and observing the various wildlife. Would highly recommend this property if you enjoy outdoor adventures.

The most wonderful few days

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Silva property. It was the perfect R&R we all needed. The backyard is private yet close to the beach, lighthouse, and fun things to do in chilmark. It was also perfect for our black lab who enjoyed playing fetch on the lawn and relaxing by the hammock. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

So Peaceful!

We’ve been coming every summer to stay on the vineyard for years, and this was our fav rental. Plenty of space for the family, clean, had everything we needed. The yard was soo peaceful and beautifully manicured, and the little pond in the yard was fun to check out some frogs, turtles, & dragonflies. I would definitely recommend!

Up island treasure

Our family of 4 stayed at the cozy getaway and it was everything we wanted and more! Great amenities like the fire pit and outdoor shower. Very comfortable inside space and all the kitchen we needed for a few home cooked meals. The Silva’s were excellent and responsive hosts. I’d give it more than 5 stars if able!

Great stay

My husband, myself, and our dog Gus really enjoyed our stay. The house and property was a quiet little oasis. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. We loved playing fetch in the yard with Gus, bike rides to the beach down the road, and relaxing at lobsterville beach. Kelly was quick to respond to all our needs and she even let us check in early. We cannot wait to come back!
