“The place was small which was not a problem for me as I was only there for a week on business so I was not spending much time there. The internet was almost non-existent (but is supposed to be good according to the owner). The worst part is that when I woke up in the morning and went to take a shower, the water smelled extremely bad like ROTTEN EGGS. When I contacted the owner they said that is normal for the property and there was nothing they could do. I expect at least electricity and...

“The unit was as pictured. Very clean, pet friendly, stocked with items to make your stay very enjoyable. There were supplies for pets, beach chairs, bocce. Steps to beach by way of a boardwalk with sitting area to watch the sunset or sunrise. Pool was closed for the season but looked nice. We enjoyed are stay very much, the unit fit our needs nicely. ”

“Beautiful property situated less than 100 feet from shopping and dining, but wonderfully quiet in apartment - couldn't ask for more! Was concerned at first at steep stairway entering (a bit afraid of heights if I have to look down), but used back stairs the rest of the time without any issue. Laundry on site was a big plus. Kitchen spotless; apartment tasteful and comfortable - thank you for a wonderful stay, David!”

“Exactly as listed, major perk for me was the dehumidifier that runs constantly (must be emptied) which helps with the air quality along with minimum mold/mildew smell especially being a beach front condo. We would definitely stay there again! ”
