  • 3 large double bedrooms,1 with en-suite and 2 with a jack and Jill bathroom, UK TV, WI-FI, DVD player, established gardens, 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the local and very traditional town of Arboleas with banks, bars and restaurants. 35 minute drive to the beaches of Mojaca, garrucha, villaricos an san Juan. 30 minutes to an amazing water park at Vera Playa. if you don't mind a drive, about an hour to Mini Hollywood. “Airports” Almeria 1hour, Murcia International 1 hour 20, Alicante 2 hours.

Buenísimas vacaciones

Hemos pasado 2 semanas buenísimas disfrutando de la piscina y el jardin. La piscina, limpísima. La casa en sí esta bastante bien. Es muy cómoda y bonita y te hace sentir realmente de vocaciones

Nice villa with a great swimming pool, the villa is a little tiered but a great price, Ron and Tom’s communications were excellent, would visit again.

Wij zijn bij aankomst Goed ontvangen door de gastheer.En zijn na een rondleiding dor het huis van alles wat wij wilde weten op de hoogte gebracht.ik kan niet anders zegen dat het huis er netjes perfect en gezellig uitzag.wij hebben zeer genoten van onze vakantie hier. ik zou mijn vrienden en familie ook zeker adviseren hier op vakantie te gaan .super leuk Bedankt.

Belle location , bien entretenue et spacieuse

Sejour agréable, très belle maison avec de belle proportion et superbe jardin . Tres bonne communication avec Louise la gérante . La maison est propre et bien entretenue,.le voisinage pour la plupart anglophone est calme , il y a en face un pub qui organise des soirées 1 à 2 fois par semaine jusque tard ds la soirée mais ça ne nous a pas déranger. Ron’s Place

Communication with Ron was excellent. Check in was easy we met Tom at a local supermarket and he guided us to the property and then showed us round , the property is very spacious. was clean and tidy and had everything required for your stay. Although there is air conditioning there none in the bedrooms. Unfortunately outside required a bit a maintenance but it didn’t detract from our stay

Property is getting very tired and worn. All furniture was LOW, which made getting in and out/off settees and beds, etc, hard for those of us with bad knees and backs. Kitchen equipment and items chipped and miss-matched or poor quality. Owner did offer discount so can't complain too much. Used one spare mattress on top of main bed to help with height which was badly stained when stripped the sheets off (previously mentioned in earlier review and still not replaced). Have been told by owner that not re renting as going up for sale. Could have been AMAZING, but sadly ended up being just OK! Could go on but whats the point. This is the 2nd time we have used Vrbo and had similar issues each time. Makes us wonder if Vrbo actually check outthe properties they advertise?!?!

Surprise

Overall the property inside was clean and tidy. Outside was rather run down with a lot of work to do it the garden. Was led to believe we were the first guest to visit for quite a while so understandable. The pool was excellent. One disappointed fact was that all three mattresses were heavily stained with urine. Having taken out own bedding with the drive out there made up beds on the two sofas in the living room which was quite comfortable. Quests were both ex forces so were used to living in some uncomfortable places so it was no great problem with us but had it been a family with children I think there may have been a complaint. Would like to visit again next year with the above couple of points sorted out. Overall 7/10 I think is justified.

Casa familiar

La casa ,cómoda y amplia , mejor que en las fotografías. Lo malo que los espacios exteriores están un poco dejados ,falta de iluminación, jardín descuidado , la piscina muy bien . La atención por parte de Louise excepcional ,amable y atenta .

Magnífica casa para 6 personas

Una casa y un lugar genial para pasar unos dias a media hora de playas magníficas. Aunque, con la piscina y las comodidades que nos ofrece la casa no se echa en falta la playa. La estancia de 9 días se hace corta. Gracias a Loisse y a Steve por la recepción y por la atención que han tenido en todo momento con nosotros. Y gracias a Ron Michel por el Welcome Pack, con Cava y Rioja incluido

En general la estancia bien.

Es un lugar para relajarte y desconectar, puesto que no es una zona con mucho turismo. Ubicada en una urbanización de residentes ingleses a las afueras de arboleas. Justo detrás de la casa hay un bar que le da vida a la urbanización. La casa es cómoda y la piscina bastante grande.

Zona muy tranquila para descansar

Chalet con todos las comodidades que te puedas imaginar,nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida(botella de cava,huevos,jamón,mantequilla,pan, queso,etc..)lo mejor la piscina,barbacoa,wifi,las camas muy cómodas y sobre todo la tranquilidad que no se oye ningún ruido,perfecto para familias con niños

Fantastic Villa in a Great Location!

We stayed here for 7 days during August 2020. The check in process was very smooth and straight forward. Steve, the chap who handled the check in process and cleaned the pool mid week, was very friendly and on hand to deal with any issues. The property is a 3 bed. There are 3 aircon units. One in the kitchen, one in the second bedroom and one in the snooker room. The main bedroom and second bedroom share access to the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is located just off the kitchen next to another bathroom. There is a washing machine situated outdoors in a separate cupboard. It would be nice if the main bedroom, which catches the afternoon sun, was air conditioned as it tends to get a bit warm by evening time. Not a big issue as there were plenty of fans about. Location wise for us was perfect as we were visiting the in-laws in Arboleas. The garden in this villa is magnificent with so many different areas to sit and relax. It’s a lot bigger than most holiday rentals we have stayed in. The pool is a standard size for a holiday villa (looks to be 8m x 4m). There was a decent charcoal bbq that was clean when we arrived (not always the case with holiday rentals). Parking is on the property with a gate that can be closed. The villa felt very safe and fully enclosed. There is a bar that has recently opened up nearby. We heard some music from a live act (Rod Stewart tribute) on the Saturday night but it wasn’t an issue at all. The rest of the week it was quiet. It’s the sort of bar / restaurant that pulls in the older crowd & families. This villa is situated in a nice residential area. We loved this villa and will hope to book again for next year. A great holiday in Arboleas

We stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. The villa was perfect for us and our two children (5 & 9) and the garden and pool were both excellent. Car is essential.

Lovely Large Villa in a quiet location.

Many Thanks Ron for renting your Villa out to us this July. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and having been in the Area before knew it was reasonably close by car to supermarket and Bar/Restaurants. The pictures don't do the Villa justice, it looks larger and better than pics. The pool was great and much needed to cool down in out of the sun, with plenty of room to relax around it in the sun or in the shade. All the bedrooms where of a good size with plenty of storage space, and the beds were comfortable. A big thank you to Louise and Steve who met us on arrival and were very helpful and friendly. Steve came several times to keep pool clean and was very thorough. All and all great Villa to spend a family Holiday in. Thanks David & Patricia plus Kids.

9 fantanstic days in Arboleas- July 2019

This is a lovely spacious property with fantastic pool and garden. The communication with the owner during and after the booking process was excellent and we were met on time by the owner's representatives and given a tour and all the information about the property. We were so pleased to be left a welcome box with refreshments, food & drinks especially after a long drive . The property was very clean, and tidy,every comfort was thought of for our stay. We really appreciated the beach equipment as Mojacer beach is only 45 mins away and is wonderful. The pool is just the right size and the surrounding garden areas are picturesque and comfortable with plenty of shade. There is a great BBQ and the owner has provided all you will need to have regular bbqs. There is a lovely snooker table, large screen TV with UK channels via internet and four mountain bikes of various sizes. The kitchen is well kitted out and has everything you would need. The bathrooms were spotless and have great power showers. There are a mixture of aircon units, ceiling fans and standalone fans so helping the villa to remain cool during the days and hot nights. The local area is quiet and peaceful and the town is about 6km away where there is a good sized supermarket with a larger supermarket on the way to Albox- only 10km away. Overall I would say that this is one of the best villa holidays my family has had over the last few years, the lovely property and thoughtful provision by the owners made it such a relaxing stay.
