“Still waiting for a refund as there was a government shutdown of the roads that did not allow us to travel. With it being mandated by the government to stay off the roads, it’s an extenuating circumstance out of my control. I called, left chat messages, and stayed online waiting for someone to respond for over an hour. Needless to say, not a fan of how it was handled, neither by the hotel or the 3rd party Expedia. ”

“Our stay here was amazing! The staffs were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The only issue we had was the s'mores kit was stale and the popcorn was expired. I’m sure we could’ve got that resolved but it wasn’t really a big issue! 10/10 would ”
