“Hotel sky-in, aky-out, bem localizado. O atendimento de balcão acontece apenas algumas horas do dia ( tomar cuidado, pois quando chegar a recepção pode estar fechada ). Devido a política de sustentabilidade o hotel não limpa os quartos diariamente, muito menos tem troca de toalhas diariamente. Durante minha estadia de 5 dias, não houve troca de toalhas. O principal ponto negativo é a comida! Hotel oferece pensão completa, porém a qualidade e a variedade da comida não é boa. Comida sem tempero,...

“Heureusement qu'il y a le ski ...sinon bof! Bien cher pour ce que c'est! Sale! appart, divan, tapis, vaisselle.....ect. ( plus jamais là) et je suis pas un difficile...mais il y a un minimum. Ils profitent des belles pistes et be beau domaine, ils oublient de fidéliser et promouvoir leurs propres établissements. ”

“Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! “The location of the hotel is ideal. The food at the Atelier is acceptable. There is some good restaurants near by that makes a change of the hotel food. The ski shop is also the ski locker. After a day of ski there is always someone to take care of your boots. A great thing is that boots are not heated (air dried) and are dry for the next day. Customer service is great. Every issue is adressed. The view from the room is breathtaking.”
