Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, Bassin Bleu is a 40 m² apartment, with a living room and balcony where you can enjoy your lunches in the sun!

The apartment comprises :

- entrance with bunk beds
- a shower room with WC
- living room with comfortable, high-quality foldaway bed
- a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, Nespresso, kettle...

The parking is located underground and the space is very narrow, suitable only for very small cars. It is an underground garage with limited dimensions, which can make it difficult to maneuver larger or longer vehicles.

The bike path and pedestrian walkway just down the road give you easy access to the city center without using your car.
So you can enjoy a peaceful stay not far from the city center by bike, or on foot, about 15 minutes to reach the famous market!
Bikes can be rented at the bottom of the residence, and you can also find an institute to pamper you!

Arcachon's Aiguillon district is typical and quiet. Local shops just 3 minutes away, including a small, convenient Casino, the best fishmonger on the Bassin, bakeries, cafés and restaurants.
Must-do discovery of the Parc Mauresque, the basin with daily boat shuttles (Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux), Dune du Pyla and so many other wonders!


Activities:
It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bassin d'Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming harbours, more likely in the port of La Teste or Gujan, or at the market 15 minutes away (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla.
If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth!
A trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or alone with your kayak - sublime!
