What we like
Its 2 bedrooms, which make for a pleasant stay with children, the calm and complete safety for children around the boulodrome, where you can keep an eye on them from the balcony, or stroll around on a bench.
Its location right in the heart of Le Moulleau, a popular area for its family-friendly atmosphere and its fine shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours.
The property has one underground parking space, which is not suitable for SUVs or estate cars as it is quite narrow.
You are 5km from Arcachon, with a bus stop down the road to the station, and 4km from Dune du Pyla.

The flat is managed by Cocoonr Basin d'Arcachon.
Beds will be made on arrival, towels, a few Nespresso capsules to start your stay, several types of tea, sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar, shower gel, a few dishwasher tablets, tea towel and bath mat.
