“This was the best hotel/resort that I've been to! It is amazing, so beautiful and clean. The staff are wonderful, happy, and very helpful and accommodating. The food was great! I loved how eco friendly the hotel is. The spa is amazing! I enjoyed most of their treatments and facilities. There are many activities and excursions for everyone. I am obsessed with this place and I will be back again and again!”

“Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

“The standard rooms are quite small, while the suites are more spacious. There are only two power outlets in the rooms, and none beside the bed. The furniture is very old and worn, and parts of the walls have been patchily repainted. The bathroom has a bathtub and feels very cramped. The beach is beautiful; however, the entrance to the sea is very rocky, with large stones that create a risk of slipping and falling. “Werden als Freundinnen ein Familienzimmer mit unseren zwei Kindern gebucht. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich stark am Hang, was es mit Buggy und Kindern nicht so angenehm macht. Der Strand der ich circa 300 m vom Hotel befindet, ist mit sehr großen Steinen und wirklich nicht schön gelegen. Wir hatten deshalb immer ein Taxi genommen, 20 Minuten Fahrtweg nach Tigaki .
