“El transporte no te deja en la puerta del alojamiento por estar en la zona amurallada pero el hotel envió a alguien a recogernos para acompañarnos al hotel. Después habíamos reservado un transfer al aeropuerto el día que volvíamos para las 3.00h a través de otra reconocida aplicación de reserva de hoteles y la tarde antes a las 18.00h nos informaron que no tenían disponibilidad. “A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos).

“The room was clean on arrival and was cleaned every day, towels were changed every two days which I find good. Breakfast was continental, a varied selection. The hotel is well situated for everything, beaches, old town, restaurants etc. Very good aircon. If I visit Rhodes again I would book here.”
“The rooms are big, modern and very comfortable. The location is perfect - 5 min from the center of the old town but also quite and safe.
But above everything: Panos, the host, made our stay just wonderful. Helped us with whatever we needed, gave recommendations and just let us feel 100% welcome.
