“Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....
“Werden als Freundinnen ein Familienzimmer mit unseren zwei Kindern gebucht. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich stark am Hang, was es mit Buggy und Kindern nicht so angenehm macht.
Der Strand der ich circa 300 m vom Hotel befindet, ist mit sehr großen Steinen und wirklich nicht schön gelegen. Wir hatten deshalb immer ein Taxi genommen, 20 Minuten Fahrtweg nach Tigaki . Dort ist das Wasser glas klar und für Kinder zum herein laufen mein absoluter Traum da es sehr flach ist.

“Es hat uns alles super gefallen. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotelanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Am Pool waren immer genügend Liegen verfügbar. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: nicht mehr benötigte Bohrlöcher in den Wänden könnten mal zugeschmiert werden aber es hat uns nichr weiter gestört.

“El hotel es muy antiguo. El aire acondicionado durante el día ni se nota que está puesto, ya por la noche al hacer fuera menos calor, algo se nota, pero se pasa calor. ”
“Las instalaciones son muy buenas, están a dos cuadras de la playa y al Kos ser una isla muy pequeña todo está cerca como para caminar.
Los cuartos donde nos quedamos son espaciosos tipo departamento y tienen cocina. Lo único es que no tienen cortinas black out y se cuela mucho la luz a la habitación, ellos te dejan antifaz, pero igual es molesto.
Las chicas de la recepción son increíbles, súper amables y te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas. El hotel es muy familiar, gran opción en Kos.”

Hacia tiempo que no me sentía tan bien atendida y disfrutando a tope de unas vacaciones. Un trato especial, de atención, con buenos servicios. Un gimnasio, todo y que algo limitado para practicar algo de deporte. Una discoteca en el mismo edificio. Supermercados, todo y que no es necesario si se alojan en el hotel con el TODO INCLUIDO. Relax, tranquilidad....”
