“Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....
