“No restaurant closed got a voucher for seamill hydro should be telling you this when you book hotel”

“A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you”

“The hotel is lovely, we stayed overnight for a wedding in Room 27. The room was clean and fresh, the bathroom was renovated well and was modern. Unfortunately the bed is probably the worst we had ever slept in, we both had a terrible sleep. Two very uncomfortable single mattresses of slightly differing heights pushed together on a divan base, not at all what you would expect at over £200 a night. “small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit”

“We just had one night here before catching the early ferry to Isle of Arran and it was perfect. Good location with allocated parking spot. Easy check in with clear instructions upfront. Well equipped room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We had room 6 at the back, which was very quiet. Also convenient for eating out in town. Would recommend.”

“La experiencia ha sido nefasta ya que teníamos una reserva de dos habitaciones , y por la mañana de ese mismo día nos lo cancelaron sin entender el motivo ”

“The accommodation is “Airb&b style”, so no service on site. However when I had a problem with access I got immediate attention on the phone. The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee. A wee bit shabby outside of the room but I gather they are still working on it. Cleaner/maid friendly. Value for money and I suspect but don’t know for sure that it will improve...
