“Todo super bien la atención super, seguro que volvere ”

“Bad experience”

“The room was clean, the staff were outstanding, amenities were good. Everything was great, would've been perfect if the toilet had a toilet seat. I will stay again next year.”

“Great place to stay”

“Everything about our stay was excellent! The room is very clean and smelled fresh and clean, too. Sheets and towels were 5-star in quality. It's equipped with new bath robes and spa slippers. I would have given 5 stars but held one due to a water heater issue. Shower is inconsistent with water heating. It doesn't stay heated, hence changes to cold in the middle of showering. A few clothes hangers would be helpful in hanging our formal clothes. There aren't any.”

“La verdad esperaba mejores instalaciones sobre todo la piscina y el fitness center. La piscina es una concesión del edificio y no hay ni siquiera sillas de piscina. El personal en general en toda la propiedad es muy amable y hace un esfuerzo por comunicarse en inglés! ”

“A perfect place for a group of 4. Nice and clean unit. All of us in our group like it so much that and will definitely book it on our next trip.”

“Friendly staff and very accommodating”

“This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. ”

“Segura y con personal siempre pendiente del bienestar de los huéspedes. Gracias Eric, Carla y todo el equipo ”

“Things are generally clean except that I found a small dead cockroach under the percolator. Also, there’s a rather discomforting smell inside the room as soon as I got in. Same smell as in the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall, I think my stay is worth the value I paid for.”

“Since it’s a newly opened facility, there are still some things that needed to be worked out. The super friendly staff is one of the hotel’s redeeming quality. Rooms are clean, staff is super attentive to my requests and inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place. Front desk staff”
