“We really enjoyed our time at Kays Hideaway. It is a unit in a block of 4 on a main road of Lennox, easy walk to beach and shops. Accommodation is compact and freshly renovated with fantastic additions such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. We managed well both in hot weather and rain. The ceiling fan does spin very close to the top bunk, a bit scary for my youngest child getting in and out of bec. Overall we had a relaxing stay. Communication with the agent, Lois Buckett, was great.”

“Excellent location right across from Clarke beach carpark and only 15 min walk over to Watigos. House is excellent for a small family/group with plenty of outdoor/living space and bedroom/bathrooms. Only suggestion is fans in single rooms need fixing (click and speed issues) and house could benefit from a deep clean.”

“Repeatedly cancelled. Management company (East coast escapes) cancelled this property. Offered a lesser replacement at a higher price. I begrudgingly accepted. That property was again cancelled and then yet another offered in replacement at an increased price off VRBO. Then my three year old fell ill so we were unable to fly. Even given the prior rebooking experiences I was offered ZERO refund”

“Overall, a nice enough space with a good location for access to Wategos and Main Beach both, and an easy walk or drive into the center of town. We were a bit bummed that the carpet hadn't been cleaned (quite clearly) and that there wasn't much in the way of supplies, toilet paper for example, no cooking oil, or beach towels, but I suppose that's optional to provide, though we did think we were paying a premium for a luxe space. Lastly, was really really really hot in the apartment when we...

“We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5, with three young children. The location is great. House is spacious and air con works great. My only negative would be that the outside area could be cleaned up and made more useable. It's quite overgrown and messy out there so we didn't use it at all, aside from drying clothes.”
