“We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door....

“Cute place. Simple and tasteful. Beds were nice and comfortable. Linens smelled and looked clean. Nice to be downtown Bay City. Parking is harder to find close by while staying during the weekend. Should probably offer at least 2 parking passes or as many as people need if there are multiple drivers. Instructions were clear and communication was good. Can slightly hear the music of the bar downstairs until close which is expected but kind of funny since you receive multiple text messages about...

“What a cute old building! They have fixed these up very cute! Note there is no elevator and there are a decent amount of steps. Communication was great! Would stay here again. ”
