“We have been coming to Cedar City for 30 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This place is clean and the owners have tried hard to make and keep it nice. This is an excellent location close to city center and only 2-3 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and convenient. The only criticism is that the AC unit is noisy and does not have a thermostat. Otherwise it is one of our favorites. ”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”

“The parking on the lower level is excellent, easy to get in and out. You will need AWD or chains in the winter, the road up has a 13 degree slope! The unit was clean and updated nicely. The front door keypad was slow and may need new batteries. We couldn’t get the fireplace working, couldn’t locate the remote, but not a big deal for us.
