“This place is a hidden gem! 5 minute walk to bear lot (shuttle to beaver creek) and right across the street from the Aspens shuttle stop which connects to Vail. Nottingham Lake, Eagle river trail, liquor store, restaurants, and more were easily walkable as well. Unit itself was in great shape—it’s on the second floor which is nice, and only like 5 steps so not even a full flight to walk up. Extremely comfortable bed, great shower pressure, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Hosts were responsive, check...

“The place is exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and looks new and modern. A short drive to beaver creek and avon restaurants. It was perfect for our family vacation! Communication during the stay was great, the only thing was communication leading up to it took longer than we'd liked - we tried to extend our stay a few days before the trip but it didn't work out because we hadn't heard back. Otherwise would definitely stay here again!”

“The location was roomy; provided good views; had all the amenities we required; and was close to what we needed in Avon, including the parking lot where we were picked up for our rafting trip. Traffic noise at night was a minor nuisance.”

“Very nice condo. Upgraded lighting throughout. Location was closer to BC Bear parking lot & bus stop than anticipated. Communication with owner was fantastic. He was prompt and compete with each interaction. This is a place I intend to return to!”

“Great stay. Family had a lot of fun. Condo is super nice and location is fantastic. Only suggestion is for the host to have more information available upon arrival regarding how to actually use stuff. Heating and air -- thermostat is difficult to learn....in fact, we never did learn how to use it. TV & fireplace....need to have instructions on how to use. Have a small 3-ring binder for arriving guests so they know the basic stuff of how to work things in the condo.”
