“We had a wonderful stay here! The place was easy to get to and nice and cozy! After a little walk we were on the slopes! You can also see the hot tubs from the window so you know the perfect time to go. The first night we made the bedroom a little too hot but once we turned the thermostat down it cooled off quickly. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Very clear and detailed check in/out instructions. Unit was clean and as described. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the evening. Very happy there were coffee making supplies, as well as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, etc. Made it extra easy for our short stay in Steamboat Springs.”

“Hot tub was not hot. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on (it was some kind of couch/bed combo). TV in bedroom didn’t work. Kitchen equipment was from a variety of garage sales. Good location. Host responsiveness was very slow and of no help. ”

“The location of the condo was perfect, with easy parking directly by the condo. The amenities were a lot of fun and we enjoyed the shuffleboard table, arcade machine, and Xbox. The kitchen was nicely appointed. On the negative side, the beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows need replacing.”

“We visited this condo in July. While the condo itself was nice, clean, close to the resort, and the host was consistently responsive, the overall stay was not to our liking. Unfortunately, the unit did not have an air conditioner. When we checked in, the temperature inside was 86 degrees and extremely hot. I wish I had researched this more thoroughly beforehand, but it also would have been helpful if the listing had clearly stated that there was no air conditioning. The host informed me of this...

“This unit has been updated and is well appointed. The location as well as the two king bedrooms made it perfect for two couples. The host was very communicative and responsive.”

“It was a great condo. Everything went really well except transportation. The description calls the condo ski in/ski out, and maybe with another 17 feet of snow it would be, but under current conditions it definitely is not. It would take you over 30 mins to walk to the base village area. There is a bus that will pick up and drop off in front of the condo, but it only runs 8:00-5:00 and it does not follow the posted schedule. We spent A LOT of time waiting on the bus for transport. We wanted to...

“This was an affordable little ski-in/out condo near the slopes that is perfect for a small group or family that wants relatively easy access to the slopes without breaking the bank. That being said, you get what you pay for. Amenities are minimal/non-existent, and calling this a two bedroom is a little generous as the second "bedroom" is just a section off of the living room with a pull out divider. Parking was easy and readily available, and once we were able to find the ski in/out trail, it...
