Stefano was a perfecto owner and host! Not only are his accommodations beautiful, comfortable and historic, but he was the visionary, renovator, chef, and most delightful tour guide we could have hoped for! Be sure to take a cooking class and an area tour with Stefano. He makes a trip to Tuscany extraordinary!

This was absolutely one of our best stays ever, and we have traveled a lot. If you love history, this place is definitely for you. Stefano has done the world a huge favor by reclaiming this place and restoring it to its former grandeur. Also if he is available, we strongly recommend to ask Stefano for the cooking class. We will never forget this night and now we know how to make ravioli from scratch and tiramisu!! Now we just need the big board and rolling pin. Thank you Stefano

Ultimate combination of comfort, style, history and super host! This was our second stay with Stefano and it was brilliant. So peaceful and cozy. The patio offers a relaxing oasis and the food was a true highlight of our vacation. Please book extra days to truly enjoy your experience. The city has lots to offer and is great for kids with a beautiful park nearby.Next time I hope to stay at least a week and do some cooking classes with Stefano. Molto gratzie for hosting us again and we hope to see you again soon!

We had a magnificent stay in Arezzo with Stefano. He was a very gracious and helpful host picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We also did a cooking class in the house and a day tour with him that were both really fun and fantastic for seeing more authentic sights in Tuscany. The property was exactly as described in a great location downtown, very easy walking distance to many local sights, shops, and a park. We had two young kids with us and they were also very comfortable with plenty of space in the house. Will be dreaming of this place for a long time!

Where to begin?! Stefano has created a truly magical apartment full of historical character and comfort. His attention to detail for his guests goes above and beyond. He shared restaurant recommendations which were wonderful. Be sure to ask him to share his story of bringing the space to life, it’s fascinating! Although we didn’t have a chance to take advantage of it, he also offers cooking classes for guests. There is a lovely terrace garden guests can access for quiet moments. His charming dog Spritz is sweet and joined us in the garden. If you want a one of a kind space to enjoy while in Arezzo, then look no further!

Warm, clean, comfortable, well-located.

Warm; clean; comfortable; well-located to everything—including parking. Quiet street-level apt with great caffe-Pasticceria a stone’s throw from front door. We very much enjoyed our stay there for 1 wk.

Incredible property in the perfect location. When we booked we thought it was a stand alone home but it is actually an apartment. We did the cooking class with Stefano the owner, and we highly recommend it.

This was the absolute best part of our time in Italy. This house is just amazing, and Stefano is the most generous and charming host. The house is clean, well provisioned, and has historic significance with modern comforts. What a treat to stay in this wonderful house that is close to everything.

Absolutely the best VRBO experience we've ever had, and it's all because of our incredible host, Stefano. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience in Arezzo. He was always available with recommendations, answered every question, and made us feel completely at home.The apartment is a beautiful, historic gem located on a quiet street, with a wonderful family-owned café just steps away serving the most delicious pastries. There are also fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance, making it the perfect location to explore the city.The highlight of our trip was the cooking class. It was so much fun and, without a doubt, one of the best meals I've ever had! We learned how to make a variety of authentic Italian dishes, including fresh pasta, eggplant Parmesan, and frittata. Stefano even went out of his way to accommodate my daughter, who has a gluten allergy, by teaching her how to make a delicious risotto. His kindness and attention to detail made the experience even more special.If you're visiting Arezzo, don't hesitate to stay here. We can't recommend Stefano and his apartment highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!

This place had it all - fabulous location, incredible ambience and the most amiable host you can imagine. It immediately felt like home. We spent two glorious weeks there enjoying an amazing city, beautiful nearby small towns and Stefano’s custom brand of hospitality. This is his passion and it shows. There are a lot of beautiful places in Tuscany but only a few special ones. This is one of those places.
