“From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. “Excellent location, genuine warmth and extreme generosity is what we found here. If you want a nice, safe, homely place to stay a few days, this is it. Very clean, the most comfortable bed we've slept in a month in Italy, and more breakfast pastries and snacks then we could ever eat. Fresh milk and juice also provided daily. “Absolutely a 5 star hotel suite. Big rooms. In a mixed use high rise building. A little off the beaten path. Found no problem with walking to the majority of the old town sites.”

“We stayed in the apartment for two nights with a family of four. The apartment is in a great location that is walkable to all the main areas of Arezzo. Close to shops and restaurants and the main piazza. The apartment was clean and plenty of room for a family of four. The communication was great and very easy to locate the apartment from the train station and enter the building. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.”
