In general it is a good hotel, probably not 4 stars to European standards, but 3.5. The breakfast a bit poor (I was staying for 10 days, and they have always the same and not so much choice). There is a nice terrace on the roof. Also, on the weekends it’s open till 2.00 am, so if you are staying on 9-10 floor it could be a bit noisy. But in general everything was ok.

This hotel is very nice. The breakfast is EXCELLENT with a dedicated egg station where you could choose omelettes or whatever kind of eggs you wanted them to prepare on the spot. The hotel offers currency exchange, but I was unable to convert my Mongolian back to USD, so I would recommend doing just a little at a time. Most places, except a few museums, take CCs anyways. (I did manage to change my currency back at the airport.) I loved that this hotel offered early check in as we arrived around 5 AM. However, it costs $60. Some employees struggled with English, but all had smiling faces and wanted to help you. The hotel is within walking distance of the major attractions.

The facility was fine, with hot water (although not great water pressure), clean room and the receptionists could speak English well. There is also convenience store in the 1st floor. One thing that bothered me is that at every night, there are loud music and huge stumping from the ceiling above (I stayed at the top floor, so maybe that's why). Other than that, everything was good.
