“We rented this vrbo during a heat wave, so we spent a lot longer inside than out. The AC systems worked well and we had a great time using the kitchen and media area. “We had 6 ladies who shared this house for 2 nights. It was a good location close to our conference location and dining needs. We will definitely consider this house in the future. It is on a main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but it let up later into the evening. We were easily able to accommodate ourselves with the 1.5 baths. “Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay....
