“I registered late for a business conference at the nearby Westin, and rooms were booked by time I booked. I am glad they were! Instead, I found this great location just a few minute walk from the hotel. And the cost was significantly less. Plus, I ended up having two dinners/drinks at the restaurants closer to my place.The one bedroom apartment worked great for me. It was clean, fast internet, and check-in was simple as long as you follow the accurate directions. There’s one part of the carpet...

“Had a great stay here. Facilities were excellent. The weight room is well-appointed. The pool looked amazing although we couldn’t take advantage of it due to busy family schedule. Check-in was easy and all communication was quick and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“We had a little issue when we arrived, however; the property owner was very responsive and made it right. Great location. Only suggestion would be to have a welcome book. Small apartment but fit me and my 10 year old just fine. Quiet community, plenty of parking. Located really close to shopping, food and very short drive to the Ford center at the star. ”

“Clean and comfy bed but.... bathroom was the pits, ceiling looked like it was about to cave in and shower was made for someone 5 ft tall or shorter. Older property, that needs new carpet/ flooring in bedroom and bathroom overhaul. I stay at a lot of VRBO and this one I would pass on, we left an evening early, just could not stay another night. ”

“What a delightful and we'll appointed little apartment. Location was convenient to the UNT campus and many restaurants and pubs. Off-street parking felt safe and the kitchen had all the appliances you'd need. ”

“I travel a lot and always utilize VRBO, this has been one of my best stays. Greeted by the host when arrived . Property had way more amenities than listed. Nice game/ workout room . Game room with activities and good laundry room. Wish I needed to stay longer but business requires me in south Dallas next. If ever back definitly staying here. ”
