“House was very clean, cute and well organized. Easy check in. Close to stores. Issue was the hot water. There was none in the master bedroom! The hot water in the second bathroom would run out after 2 persons would shower. So yes, unfortunately took cold showers. We had no TV…. Wouldn’t turn on.Front and back yard in need of some TLC.”

“This was a terrific stay we enjoyed everything about it. The condo was clean, cute, well equipped a short walk out the front door to the pool. The complex was near by to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We ordered groceries from walmart picked up the rental car and then picked up the groceries on the way to the condo. So easy. Karen responded to all my questions within minutes and was so nice to deal with I don't think i would consider staying any place else in Yuma. Thanks Karen”

“Overall it was a great experience Deep in the heart of Dolan. Quiet neighborhood and open range for all sorts of animals walking in the night. A little surprised where the washer and dryer was located on site, but the add did come through and said washer and dryer was one of the amenities. It was a unique experience for that. It was one of a kind and all the promised amenities dod come through. The was quick to reply through VRBO. ”
