“We drove up from Phoenix on Friday evening and stayed until Monday morning. The property was ready and the perfect size for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. The backyard is a great size and fenced in. The property backs up to a wash with a trail on the other side. The location is perfect! We will definitely return 👍”

“Nice property, as described. Seems almost brand new. Well-appointed kitchen, multiple balconies, easy wi-fi access. Super location. Note it is a three-level unit, lots of stairs, might not work for everyone. Easy check in and check out. Minimal honey-do list for check out. Some places have pages of instructions, not this one! Our only frustration was with something out of the control of the owners. If you have a long car, you may have trouble getting into and out of the parking area. The...

“Nice place, pretty neighborhood. Mattresses and pillows were a bit hard for our liking but not much you can do since everyone has different preferences. Back yard is well fenced and we didnt have to worry about leaving our two dogs out while we were out.”

“This place is adorable. My son and I stayed for two nights for a swim meet literally across the street at NAU. What a perfect location - we were able to go back-and-forth multiple times throughout the day, and also walk to a ton of restaurants and stores. Somebody definitely put a lot of thought into the decor. “We found this place last minute for NAU Graduation. Grateful for the refrigerator since we had to store the cake for the reception the next day. Bed was very comfy that we overslept. Just don't close the master bathroom door all the way or you'll be stuck in there. Lol. Modular home needs to be releveled and door will be good. Otherwise, very clean, quiet spot to chill away from home.”

“The tiny home cabins were adorable and everything we needed for a couple nights traveling across country. Washer and dryer in unit and a little kitchen for making meals. The new pool and playground are awesome, and the view of the mountains in the background were the icing on the cake. Loved it!”
