Absolutely loved this house! We took our kids up to Flag to go snowboarding and this was the perfect place to stay. Even saw some cute deer nearby! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! This place completely suited our needs. We cooked both nights and had plenty of kitchen utensils to work with. The wrap around porch is also a nice touch when you want to go outside. We definitely would book this place again!

The location and the townhome itself were amazing! We were able to walk the dogs and watch the deer on the golf course. And we were close to everything but still away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Stayed for 12 days with my adult son and my small dog. It's a very dog-friendly area. There are lots of grassy areas to walk in. Right next to the golf course (I don't play). Friendly neighbors and lots of wildlife (Deer, Canadian Geese, Huge Squirrels)!

Great location! Glad it was only 1 story. Loved the deck; sat outside several times a day! Loved the large kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms & 2 baths. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glasses, etc. We already booked this location for summer 2026!

Great Vacation Rental

This was the perfect rental for our weekend getaway. It was right next to the golf course and also a short drive to downtown Flagstaff. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Will definitely be staying again!

Flagstaff Stay

We stayed for 5 nights in August. The house is on the outskirts but groceries are within a short drive. We enjoyed using the large pool that is heated and a short walk from the house. The beds were comfortable and plenty of very nice fluffy towels available. But the main reasons why we would not stay here again was the musty smell that hit us as soon as we opened the door. Even after airing out the place the smell did not subside. Also, the couches were covered in dog hair. It is a pet friendly property, but I would still expect a thorough cleaning after each visitor. Last but not least, we had a nightly dilemma of opening the windows and hearing lots of traffic noise from the highway and a pretty busy road very close to the house, or leaving the windows closed in spite of the smell….In general, the house could use a facelift, kitchen and bathroom looked like they were still original from the 70s.

Wonderful 2 week Respite from HOT Phoenix Temps!

The house was immaculate, comfortable, quiet and had all the conveniences of home. I especially loved the A/C! The location was great! The Country Club was conveniently located so we could walk to it for lunch or dinner. We visited Snowbowl twice, Williams and 2 museums plus the Mall. We enjoyed the peacefulness and the fresh air of Flagstaff. This was our 5th rental and it was the best rental! We plan to return for 2 weeks next July!

Birthday getaway

We rented the property to celebrate my son's birthday. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. The townhome has been nice remodeled and has a great open floor plan. Air conditioning worked well and was a plus. The deck and grassy area out front were perfect for relaxing with our kids and small dog. We were here for a week and decided to get passes at the club to enjoy the pool, which was so nice. But you don't need to get the passes to have dinner at the restaurant. There is a great big grassy area in front of the restaurant that the kids played on until the sun set nightly. Definitely plan on coming back!

Cozy Townhouse

We are from Sun City and go to Flagstaff often to get away from the valley heat. The townhouse was cozy, charming and relaxing. After a day of hiking it was nice to come back and relax on the porch. 👍

Wonderful stay escaping the Valley heat!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for a week! We were here for my son's swim camp at NAU - everything was perfect ...weather, amenities, porch, relaxation after working the day remotely, great area to walk and my kids were outside all the time! Townhome was great - all the needed items including laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner! Only suggestion would have liked to get pass for recreation center Sunday when we checked in - it is a little pricey for the week but we enjoyed it for a few hours on Saturday. Host is VERY responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for a great week - we will do it again next summer! Heidi

Being right across the street from Continental Country Club was great. It was convenient being able to just walk across the street to the restaurant there and not have to drive around. Beautiful area.
