“Cottage was very clean and had all the necessary items for cooking. Loved the closeness to downtown, so if needed to run back to drop the dog off or grab a quick lunch, it was absolutely not a problem. Being Pet friendly was also a blessing. “This property has not been dusted for a long time. The carpet was filthy; the bathroom was clean although the jets in the tub were dirty and therefore unusable by us. The kitchen has no stove, only a very small countertop unit. The kitchen has very few supplies. The porch area was covered in cobwebs. “This small house was perfect! Brand new build so it was fresh and clean. The two bedrooms having their own king beds and baths were great. The beds were very comfortable and the back porch overlooking the pond was very peaceful. Only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. Will definitely look for it's availability next time we are in HS. ”
