Muy mala atención.
La habitación en general está bien, la limpieza del baño pudo haber sido mejor. Pero la atención fue terrible. Imposible comunicarse con Room Service y con House keeping. Logre comunicarme con el front desk solicitandole a ellos servicio tecnico con la calefaccion que no funcionaba, nunca llegaron. Traté de pedir comida a la habitación, y lo mismo. Pedí más toallas, tampoco llegaron. En la web destacaban el spa de hotel, pero solo tiene un sauna y una piscina al aire libre que qued muy lejos del sauna. Y no tienen ningun servicio de spa disponible, ni masaje ni nada. No vulevo.

I am so happy I ended up choosing this hotel. Room was clean, the location is so convenient and staff super kind, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for everyone that wants to stay close to all the terminals and like to also have an early breakfast if needed.

We love staying here. The front desk staff is always so friendly, views of the airport and planes taking off and landing if you’re on that side. Breakfast is amazing with great variety. Location is in the airport in Sky City. We stay every time we fly through.

Här börjar min resa……
Nära till allt att hotellet ligger i terminalen. Du kan ta en promenad i terminalerna vintertid. Har använt, gym, pool, bastu vintertid. Tysta rum. Frukosten har allt du kan begära. Öppnar 04.00 vilket är viktigt vid tidiga flighter. Jag rekommenderar absolut detta hotell till mina vänner. Och kommer att boka här vid nästa resa.
