Plenty of space for our 8 adults and 3 kids!Easy walking distance to the lake! Beautiful home and views! We’ve been going to Smith Lake for years and we couldn’t have picked a better house for our family!

Our extended family of 13 had a wonderful vacation. Host was extremely nice and responsive. The kids and adults all enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, and jumping off the upper level of dock. Deck areas were large with plenty of seating. House was lovely, with plenty of room and seating for our family. Everything was clean and well kept. I highly recommend this home.

This place was awesome! It had everything we needed and enjoyed it so much! The house was beautiful and great views of the lake. Highly recommend staying here. I hope to return again soon. The owner was quick to respond too. There was 13 that stayed and was very comfortable.

Great location - convenient to the marina and to Arley! We had an issue with the grill early in the week, but the host fixed it promptly so we were able to continue our stay without interruption! The boat lift is a little questionable, but they’re getting a new dock soon! Well stocked kitchen. They even had a highchair and pack and play for our little! We’ll be back!

Beautiful home close to water with stunning views of the lake! Parking is great and the home is so nice . Lots of room for family gatherings and the kitchen is well stocked! The home was very clean and the beds slept very good. We really enjoyed our stay. The decks are the best for sitting outside and just relaxing. This was our second time to stay at Decked Out and we will definitely be back in the future. We had to leave a day early because of weather conditions where we live but we really had fun during our time there. Our Host was great! We had great communication with her.

We loved it! There were things for the kids to do separately from the adults. I would have rated everything excellent but the A/c went out of 2 bedrooms the first day and folks had to sleep on the couches downstairs but we were compensated and the A/c was being replaced on the day we left. Also the gas grill wouldn’t heat up. But the views and the dock were great. The host was great at keeping us informed on everything . I can see us coming back in the future.

Great house with plenty of beds and awesome parking for trucks with boats. Huge circle drive to accommodate fishermen. I would stay there again!

We found Decked Out just as described on VRBO. It is a gorgeous home with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed the deck space and the fire pit area. Plenty of space in the home. The teenagers and adults loved the game room area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay with family and friends.
