“Very pleasant stay with very friendly staff”

“The receptionist lady was very help and very friendly the whole reception, halls and rooms where very clean and spacious I think we stayed in 114 and I’ve already booked a 2 night stay 18-20 march although I only stayed last week I’m back in Leicster next week so I’m booked and staying here again ”

“Really nicely refurbished hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although they sometimes seemed a little inexperienced. Our room was comfortable, but it felt slightly cramped as it was quite full of furniture, which meant there wasn’t much space for our luggage. Overall, I would recommend staying here, but I think the staff’s experience and confidence need a little time to catch up with the high-end image the hotel is aiming to project.”

“Tuve que realizar un viaje de negocios a Leicester durante 3 dias. Al llegar me di cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baños propios, sino que son compartidos y se encuentran cerca de las habitaciones en el mismo pasillo. No habia leido esa parte en el itinerario, al ver las fotos en las cuales una habitación salia con baño propio. El suelo es de madera por lo que el ruido de los pasos se aprecia mas en el pasillo, pero no hay suficiente actididad como para generar malestar. El personal ha...

“This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again. ”

“Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom.
