The Green Space: Where you will find FREE CONCERTS and FIREWORKS every Saturday night (mid June - Labor Day weekend), this attractive area is perfect for friends and family to sit down in the green grass and soak in all the amazing music of the night. Just next to the amusement park, you will pass by and want to join in all of the fun! Pack your picnic blankets and lawn chair and make your way over! If it's rainy, or you're practicing social distancing, enjoy the lights and sounds from our private balcony ~ Voted Best seat in the House!

Thanks for considering our family owned condo! We would love to host your friends and family! This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath condo has a maximum capacity of 10 overnight guests. Our unit offers many different sleeping arrangements to choose from: 2 King beds (NEW), 1 queen bed, twin over full bunk bed and separate twin bed in kids room, single sleeper roll-away cot (NEW), queen size Aero air mattress (NEW) and full size sleeper sofa (NEW) in living room, Chicco Pack n' Play (NEW) for all your little loves and single crib floating mattress located under a bed or in closet.

Kids bedroom recently updated with NEW Pottery Barn sheets and bedding! Master bedroom and queen guest bedroom updated with NEW bedding, too. Guest Room completely NEW from Twetten's Interior Design putting their stamp on it. This includes a new King bed set! NEW art décor splashed throughout unit.

Fully furnished, all linens and kitchen utensils; very comfortable, spacious unit! Bedrooms separate from living space! Sound proof interior walls for a quiet, peaceful sleep! Building has elevators & handicap parking. Wireless/high speed internet, DVD, Flat screen TV with digital cable in the main living room. Linens and bedding are updated, so you have a comfortable clean bed!! We don't have 15 year old linens or old mattresses!! ;-) Full size washer/dryer in unit. No smoking, no pets.

Weekly rentals only during peak season due to HOA policy. Some exceptions available in the early or late part of the season. Just inquire.

Fully furnished. Washer & dryer in unit. Private balcony equipped with patio furniture and gas grill. Sit by the HEATED POOL and enjoy the beautiful summer weather.

Sorry, we do not have a boat hoist. Boat rentals and SUP rentals are across the street at Oak Hill Marina!
